General roll forming

General roll forming serves many varied markets and an ever broadening range of applications. Bespoke section designs, incorporating value added processes allow Superior Sections to provide clients with cost effective manufacturing solutions.

Superior Sections have been supplying an array of general roll-formed sections to a broad range of applications and market sectors for over 15 years. With our comprehensive in-house tool room facilities we are able to design, develop and manufacture new profiles within exceptionally short lead-times; allowing our customers to get new products to market quickly and with confidence.

In producing all profiles we consider the most efficient and cost effective process for each new section introduced for manufacture. Where possible we endeavour to ensure that each section that leaves one of our roll-forming lines is fully finished and requires no additional or secondary operations.

Operations such as piercing, notching, embossing, cutting to length and swaging are a few examples of value adding processes that can be included within the roll-forming process.

Where secondary operations are required, we can also offer a range of processes to meet your requirements. These include post piercing/notching, laser cutting, drilling, painting/powder coating and galvanising.

Knowledge, experience, and a 'can do' attitude allows Superior Sections to constantly push the boundaries of roll-forming design for both existing and new product applications.

Whether the order requirement is a one-off or regular on-going business all sections are produced to strict quality standards ensuring consistent repeatability between batches.
